Please pull latest ofed_1_2 branch of ~halr/management.git on the OFA
server.

diags/man: Cosmetic changes
opensm/osm_port_info_rcv.c: Undo change to poll SMInfo when isSMdisabled
libibmad/src/fields.c: Changed PortMulticastPkts to PortMulticastRcvPkts
diags/man: Fixed some formatting
libibumad/man: Add "SEE ALSO" section to umad_set_grh[_net] and umad_set_addr[_net]
libibumad/man: More changes based on additional comments from Dotan Barak
