The following patch
kernel_patches/fixes/zap_ipoib_4_neigh_free_race.patch
in OFED tree fixes a theoretical race at neighbour removal.
It was not taken by Roland for 2.6.22.
I put it in OFED thinking it fixes a crash with UDP, but it turned
out this crash was triggered by another problem.
So I suggest we remove it in OFED 1.2 too, for now.

If you approve, pls ask Vlad to pull from
git.openfabrics.org/~mst/ofed_1_2_devel.git
