As promised this is the status of OFED 1.3 beta and schedule:

The code rebase kernel code on 2.6.24 rc1 was not completed yet.
Till now we have backport patches for mlx4, mthca and core.
IPoIB is still on work (pass compilation on 2.6.23 only)

We plan to complete all backports by next Monday morning.
Thus the beta release is planed for Wednesday 7 November
