I've added cxgb3/iw_cxgb3 backports for:

- 2.6.12-2.6.23 kernel.org kernels
- rhel4u4
- rhel5/FC6
- sles10

I'll have more to come but this is all I could get done for today's cutoff.

If possible, I'd like a few more days to finish all the backports and do 
some more testing.
