[ewg] Running netperf and iperf over SDP

I get the same problem on Arbel DDR and ConnectX mlx4.

Switch is DDR , and I repeat the test while no one else used the switch.

As I see it this is not an HCA/hardware problem.

It look like my command/setup error or sdplib problem .
