Please pull from

git://git.openfabrics.org/~swise/ofed-1.4 ofed_2_6_27

Included are backports to get cxgb3 compiling on >=2.6.22 kernels.  I 
stopped there since the core and ipoib code doesn't yet configure on 2.6.21.

Also included are 4 files added to kernel_patches/fixes:

    kernel_patches/fixes/cxgb3_tmp_0010_64KBfw.patch
    kernel_patches/fixes/iw_cxgb3_tmp_0010_qpcaps.patch
    kernel_patches/fixes/iw_cxgb3_tmp_0020_mwfix.patch
    kernel_patches/fixes/iw_cxgb3_tmp_0030_deadlockfix.patch

I'd like these added so ofed-1.4-beta works with cxgb3.  Once you merge 
in 2.6.27-rc2, we can remove these as they should be upstream by then.
