[ewg] OFED-1.4-20080804-0819 build install errors PKMAP_BASE'

Hi,
I am getting PKMAP_BASE' undeclared (first use in this function) error while
installing latest OFED.
Please find attached log.

Can anyone please help me in in pointing what could be the issue?
