Ibutils tarball has been added to openfabrics downloads, available in:

http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/ibutils

md5sum:
a86ce164641e00c2b2c3f2209460c5ef  ibutils-1.2.tar.gz

This is the recent version of ibutils in OFED_1_3 .
