[ewg] Update on fixes from QLogic

Tziporet - we checked after the call this morning, and it turns out that
somehow Vlad hadn't pulled the latest changes for the QLogic driver that
we submitted last week. We sent him an additional request today.

I didn't quite catch the name of the person on the call who was asking
about the fix for the ipath/ppc build problem (#917), but if Vlad pulls
today, it should be in the next OFED build.
