[ewg] SLES10 X86_64 build problem found with 1.3rc4

Hello,
I was testing some aspects of 1.3rc4 build and discovered that I could
not install it on SLES10 x86_64 with the --build32 option for 32 bit
libraries, it worked fine if I used the 64 bit libraries only.
Here is the relevant information from the install/build failure. Seems
like opensm srpm is using an incorrect library path. I can see earlier
in the build where it built the 32 bit libosmcomp library which should
have the missing symbols.
