Hi Pradeep,
Where do you see IPoIB and where are you looking for the other ULPs?
Please check the output of the 'rpm -qlp kernel-ib-1.3-2.6.16.60_0.4_ppc64.ppc64.rpm'.
You should see, at least, ib_sdp.ko and qlgc_vnic.ko.
