[ewg] Ramifications of outstanding ibutils patches relative to management

AFAIK there currently appear to be 2 outstanding patches against ibutils
which have not yet been incorporated for OFED 1.3. What are the
ramifications of this in terms of OFED 1.3 ? Will ibutils work with the
portions of management that it uses ? Is there something that wouldn't ?
