[ewg] [ANNOUCE] dapl 2.0.5 release

There is new release for dapl 2.0 available on the OFA download page and in my git tree. 
 
Changes to allow both v1 and v2 development packages to be installed on the same system. 
v2 libdat.so has been renamed to libdat2.so.

Vlad, please pull new v2 release into OFED 1.3 RC3 and install the following packages: 
 
Note: please make sure dapl-1.2.4-devel is added to list.
