[ewg] OFED 1.3.1 release date will be June 2

Hi,,
OFED 1.3.1 GA release is planed for June 2.
We will build RC3 tomorrow (Thursday)
The GA build will be done on Sunday

Please send update for the RN by the end of this week so we will be able
to include them in the GA build.
