[ewg] NFSRDMA fixes

Hi Vlad. As per the discussion below, I have pulled several NFSRDMA
patches from upstream into OFED. I checked that OFED builds correctly on
2.6.27 and 2.6.26. Please pull from
git://git.openfabrics.org/~jbecker/nfs_rdma_ofed_1_4.git.

And these new patches you generate will replace the ones I checked into 
ofed-1.4 a while ago...
