[ewg] New MVAPICH2 SRPM uploaded to OFA server

All:
I've uploaded a new srpm for mvapich2.  This contains bug fixes which
close tickets 1225 and 1278 (when combined with the install.pl patch).
This srpm also allows both the mpd/mpiexec process manager and mpirun_rsh
process manager to be built and installed instead of one or the either.

Vlad:
This srpm is located at ~perkinjo/ofed_1_4/mvapich2-trunk-3073.src.rpm.
The patch to install.pl will need to be applied before the uDAPL build
can succeed for interactive installs.  Also, please let me know if
you've received this patch (sent Sunday).  Thanks.
