[ewg] Upcoming OED teleconfs / Outlook invites

As of this meeting, we're starting weekly OFED teleconferences until  
v1.4 is released (with the exception of Sep 29, which is New Year's  
Eve in Israel).  I'll shortly be sending 2 Outlook invites:

- A single meeting for 15 Sep
- Weekly meetings 6-27 Oct

This will mesh with the already-existing Outlook invite that includes  
today's teleconf and provide weekly teleconfs all the way through the  
end of October.

*** As usual, please do NOT send me accepts/declines for the  
meetings.  I don't really care if you're coming or not -- I'm just the  
guy who sets up the phone bridge.  :-)
