[ewg] IB/ehca: No support for RH-4.x in OFED-1.4

Hi Vlad and Tziporet,

we decided that we will not support any RHEL-4.x OS for ehca device driver in 
OFED-1.4 due to the large amount of backport code required.
Vlad can you remove the backport patches for these operating systems and change
the install script, so ehca is not selectable, or should I provide you a patch for this?
