[ewg] website really slow

I'm unable to log on to approve list requests before it times out, so things are backing up

Turns out our web server is getting DOS'd. I'm patching our server right
now. Reboot to upgraded OS (and apache and...) coming shortly. Also
planning to crank down on iptables.
