[ewg] [PATCH] fix start scripts to load the NES driver

I was trying to run OFED 1.4 on the Intel (NetEffect) iWarp 
cards and found that the startup script /etc/init.d/openibd 
does not load the nes driver.

The attached patches to /etc/init.d/openibd and /etc/infiniband/openib.conf
fix the problem.

Can we get these into the OFED 1.4.1 release ?
