[ewg] What is the branch that should be used for management package for OFED 1.4.1?

Hi Sasha,
As you know we are going for OFED 1.4.1 release.
What should be the branch to use for this release.
This branch should start from the sources in 1.4 and include only
critical bug fixes.

Also - what is the list of bugs that you think should be included in the
management package in 1.4.1
