[ewg] OFED 1.5 build break on ipath & chelsio drivers

Hi,

We progress well with OFED 1.5 and wish to build pre-alpha next week
However the following drivers does not pass compilation (see release 
build mail):

    * ipath - Qlogic
    * cxgb3 - Chelsio
    * nes - Intel


Please fix these failures by beginning of next week
