I still miss update of some RN toward teh coming GA release

    * uDAPL - Arlin
    * Open MPI 1.3.1 (and update other MPI docs to reflect the change of
      MPI version) - Jeff S.
    * ipath driver - Qlogic (Ralph?)
    * ehca driver - IBM (Hoang-Nam)
    * RDS - Andy
    * Bonding - Moni
