[ewg] OFED 1.4.1 release status

Hi,

We found a bug here with sdp compilation on rh4u4.
Looks like gcc 3.4.6 requires inline functions to be defined before
their usage (and not just declared like regular functions). This
breaks SDP compilation.

I will send a patch to ewg.
