[ewg] mvapich2 srpm uploaded

Hi all:
I've uploaded an mvapich2 srpm to the openfabrics server corresponding
to the mvapich2-1.4 release.  The source rpm can be found at
~perkinjo/ofed_1_5/mvapich2-1.4-1.src.rpm and future uploads can be
identified by ~perkinjo/ofed_1_5/latest.txt.

Please take a look at our changelog located at

more information about new features and bugfixes included with this
release.
