Ok, will do.  Due to restrictions on how you can make recurring  
appointments in Outlook, I'll likely make a weekly meeting from Nov 2  
to Dec 21, and then cancel the individual meeting on Nov 16th -- so  
you'll each get Outlook requests for both.
