[ewg] OFED teleconferences

I sent out an invite earlier this morning -- several hours ago -- that had OFED teleconferences starting on Jan 18 (i.e., two weeks from now).  If you happened to get that invite, delete it (the list was down, so no one *should* have got it, but just in case...).

After checking with Tziporet, I have just sent a new invite for OFED teleconferences: it starts *NEXT WEEK* (Jan 11) and ends the week before the Sonoma event (March 8).
