[ewg] libmlx4 build error in 1-19 build

I pulled down OFED 1.5.1 (OFED-1.5.1-20100119-0600.tgz, non-RDMAoE version) and got this error (install.pl --hpc):

similar error in MVAPICH as well.

Perhaps something from RDMAoE leaked into this one?
