[ewg] Qlogic IB sources

[Rajouri Jammu]

I was hoping to see the actual source tree in  drivers/infiniband/hw/qib
instead of a set of patches.
Is there a way to generate a clean source tree?

Here are the configure options from /etc/inifiniband/info
