Hi Andy,
I pulled rds-tools-2.0.3.tar.gz into OFED-1.5.2.
Source tarball is OK, but I prefer to take it from the OFA server.
So, I copied the latest rds-tools package into http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/rds-tools/.
