[ewg] sdplib and hadoop

 Hi Russel,

We did have a setup with Hadoop here.

You should configure libsdp.conf with:

   1. Use TCP for loopback (127.0.0.1)
   2. Use TCP for ssh client - server was started from /etc/init.d and therefore used TCP only
   3. Use SDP for all other
