openmpi-1.4.1-2ofed.src.rpm is now in the usual place and will be picked up in the nightly OFED builds.

Contains text/config file updates compared to community Open MPI v1.4.1 for various new OpenFabrics-based devices:

- Mellanox
- Intel
- Chelsio (so far, I only have an internal/engineering vendor_part_id for Chelsio's new device -- I don't know if it'll be relevant to real users)
