[ewg] OFED bugs and 1.5.1 GA release

So bugs status for now is:
NFS-RDMA - whatever will be fixed is good but NFS-RDMA will still be in 
beta in 1.5.1

So we have one new issue:

1988 <https://bugs.openfabrics.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1988> 	cri 	P3 	All 
swise at opengridcomputing.com 	NEW 	
	[OFED-1.5.1-rc4] - Softirq seen on one of the nodes after...


Steve - when can you fix it? Is it a showstopper?

The planned schedule is this
- RC5 - tomorrow Mar 17
- GA - Monday Mar 22
