[ewg] [PATCH] libibverbs: add raw ethernet QP type IBV_QPT_RAW_ETH=7

Changes in kernel, in order to define this QP type, are small to - just
new enum definition and should not break ABI.
To whom need to speak in order to make these changes? Should we open a
feature request in OFED bugzilla or there is another way to do it?
