[ewg] EWG meeting minutes for October 11, 2010

In the meeting we discussed the option to have OFED 1.5.3 release

Pros:
- Will be nice for the interop and enable customers to fix issues
- Support RHEL6 - is very important
- dot release is much faster then moving to a new kernel base

Need to define the exact date so it will not be too soon so we might get some feedback on 1.5.2

Decide to set a release date in our next meeting after we will know the exact date of RHEL6
