[ewg] Change in maintainer for QLogic VNIC

I am moving on to other things and Usha Srinivasan (usha.srinivasan at qlogic.com)
will be the new maintainer for the OFED QLogic VNIC kernel driver and
QLogic VNIC tools.
She will be maintaining the existing QLogic VNIC git trees from now on.

Attached is a patch to update the OFED maintainer info at
http://www.openfabrics.org/txt/woody/maintainers.txt
