[ewg] mvapich2-1.5.1 source rpm uploaded

Hi all, we've completed our mvapich2-1.5.1 release and the
corresponding source rpm is available at
http://www.openfabrics.org/~perkinjo/ofed_1_5/mvapich2-1.5.1-1.src.rpm.
 I've updated the latest.txt file to point to this source rpm as well.
