[ewg] Problem installing OFED 1.5.3.2 on to Scientific Linux 6.1

Hi Hiroyuki,

I discovered the cause of the failure was that the system time was set
in the past. The time was set in the past because I'm using an embedded
board which does not have a battery backed up RTC and the time reset to
the BIOS build date.

Once I set the time correctly and applied the sed line below then
everything installed correctly.

I found I needed to add that line otherwise there would be build failure

with open-iscsi.
