Hi Faisal,
Sorry, but it cannot be applied to OFED-1.5.4 GA as the release is scheduled for today.
The tarball is ready and I am going to send an email in a few minutes.
I am going to apply this patch to the ofa_kernel git tree for OFED-1.5.4.1.
