Thanks a-lot, that got everything to install but now I am having a
different problem.
I installed the debuginfo packages by re-installing OFED-1.5.1 using
"./install.pl --all".
However, when I step through the OFED code in gdb, it doesn't actually
display the debug symbols. It simply looks as such:
(gdb)
__ibv_create_cq (context=0x6078b0, cqe=501, cq_context=0x0,
channel=0x0, comp_vector=0) at src/verbs.c:275
275 src/verbs.c: No such file or directory.
in src/verbs.c
(gdb) n
278 in src/verbs.c
(gdb) n
275 in src/verbs.c
The ib_debug_info.log can be found here: http://pastebin.com/P1J73DPL.
It is full of errors such as:
mlx4_en: disagrees about version of symbol mlx4_unregister_mac
mlx4_en: Unknown symbol mlx4_unregister_mac
I opened a bugzilla ticket here:
http://bugs.openfabrics.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2231
However, that's more related to the issue that /etc/init.d/openib fails.
Thanks,
Greg Kerr
