Vlad,

Please pull these three commits from:

ssh://vlad@sofa.openfabrics.org/home/vipulp/scm/ofed_kernel.git ofed_1_5

These patches add the upstream cxgb4 and iw_cxgb4 modules, as well as the backport for 2.6.39.  We'll be pushing more 
backport patches as we get them developed.  For now, please don't add --with-cxgb4-mod to your nightly regression builds 
except against 2.6.39.

Also, we need to add libcxgb4 to OFED-1.5.4.  Can you do this easily or do I need to?  The latest release is at:

http://www.openfabrics.org/downloads/cxgb4/libcxgb4-1.1.1.tar.gz
