[ewg] server going down

[Ken Strandberg]

I need to have our data center bring sofa.openfabrics.org down for an
upgrade. What ranges of times do the developers prefer? And who else needs
to have a say in when the server will go down. They need  a couple hours to
install another 500GB RAID.
