[ewg] A quick question on IPoIB

Dear all,

I have a quick question on IPoIB. Instead of using IP, IB suppose to
use  GID associated with a port as a 128-bit unicast or multicast identifier
to identify the port address. So, if I have a IP address assign an IP
address to an IB port, and use this address for bind and connect, am I using
the IPoIB? Thanks.
