    IB/qib: Change driver default for wc_pat to 2 to work around any inconsistency
            of the PAT1 configuration across all CPUs.

    The fix for this problem has been committed by Suresh Siddha of Intel to 2.6
    (https://lkml.org/lkml/2011/4/13/232) but there could be kernels without the
    backported. This patch works around this bug without any intervention by the
    customer or our support.
