Dean has enhanced qperf to auto detect XRC.

I have two clones of your build and ofed_scripts repos to "build" the new version as well as restoring the "available" state in the install.pl script.  Can you pull these patches or make the edits?

    unwind 47f257 ("install.pl: Disable qperf").  The 0.4.7 version
