Hi Rupert,

 

My name is Michelle Cassinelli and I work with Paul at VTM. Paul is en route
to Seattle and requested I follow-up with you to let you know that the IBTA
email reflectors are working as of 5:15pm this evening. 

 

Our Web Services department has advised that the issues arose when a change
was made to the DNS entries this morning and the Kavi servers didn't notice
the change. We notified Kavi midday today but unfortunately it took awhile
to resolve because when the setting was fixed, another error related to the
Kavi spam filter came up which still caused emails to bounce. That's the
quick, high level answer but we're happy to delve more into the technical
specifics with our Web Services team if you would like more details.

 

We regret the downtime today and any inconvenience it caused to IBTA. If you
have questions or identify any other issues, please feel free to get in
touch with us tomorrow and we'll work to resolve them.
