[ewg] Past event content is now on the OFA web site

You can now reach all the past event content we had on the previous version
of the web site. Log into the site and go to

 

OFED/OFA RESOURCES > Doc Downloads > Presentations

 

If it was in the old site, it's on the current one. All these files are
downloads, not viewable as files from the site. 

 

The content under Conferences and the OFA Workshops require login. The
content under Trade Shows does not.
