Hi Vlad,

Please pull commits from:
ssh://vlad@beany.openfabrics.org/home/vipulp/new_ofed/ location.

This patches add backports for Chelsio's cxgb3/cxgb4/iw_cxgb3/iw_cxgb4
drivers.

To be able to load cxgb3/cxgb4 driver successfully I had to make a fix
in compat repo too. Kindly review that fix and pull that as well.

Also, to be able to build Chelsio drivers correctly following fix made
by Tatyana is required. Kindly pull it too.

    iw_cxgb3/iw_cxgb4: Enable header file inclusion with absolute path

    iw_cxgb3/iw_cxgb4 driver includes header files of cxgb3/cxgb4
drivers
    respectively. OFED build environment is not able to find the header
files
    if absolute path is not given.

    compat: Fix cxgb3/cxgb4 missing symbol error on load

    Commit id 182630e0f686a569aaf9b34781b08f27dc0ab1bb was causing
missing symbol
    error on load time for cxgb3/cxgb4 module. This commit adds
additional check to
    avoid the issue.
