[ewg] OpenSM - GID_AVAIL/GID_UNAVAIL GID_IN/GID_OUT events

Hi,

Kindly include my mail ID in the response since I am not on the ewg mailing
list.

I would like to know if OpenSM supports GID_UNAVAILABLE and GID_AVAILABLE
asynchronous events.
( Not sure if they are known by any other event name - GID_IN/GID_OUT ?? )
If I subscribe to subnet manager notices, would I be able to detect another
node going down/coming up in the subnet?
