[ewg] OFED 3.2 build errors on ppc64 with SLES11SP2 GMC

Hi Vladamir,

I have installed the kernel-default-devel rpms and also other kernel rpms
available in SLES11SP2 GMC.

# rpm -qa | grep kernel
